I just wanted to say thank you for helping me sell my old home and for helping me find a new one! You walked into my house with fresh ideas, valuable market research, and a positive energy that really set the stage to sell my house. After our initial discussion you understood what I needed to do to sell; you made appropriate recommendations which included staging, pricing the property to sell and a few house projects that spruced it up. You went above and beyond with the literature that you distributed to cover all possible markets and advertising potential. Your photographer was great, and the video on YouTube was appreciated. Working with my HOA and other Realtors who had properties on the same block was also helpful. I wish I'd have hired you originally, I truly believe my property would have sold much quicker if I'd have contacted you sooner!

I also appreciated your help in finding my new home. After our first trip out to look and some discussions, you understood what I was looking for and we concentrated on properties that were appropriate for me. You were quick to follow up on each home that I was interested in and when we finally found one that worked for me, your inspector was top notch. Your overall knowledge, experience, and ideas were very helpful in every aspect of the process. You were always available from start to finish on both my sale and purchase. I am recommending you to friends and you are invited to my housewarming party, so you know you did a great job!

My husband and I want to thank you again for your very professional and very hard work in selling our home in Lowry and assisting us in the purchase of our new home.

You went above and beyond the call of duty time and time again, incurring expenses for marvelous marketing materials and other preparation expenses, helping us find and schedule painters, plumbers, carpet repairmen, home inspectors and others, and going the extra mile to close the gap to get our house sold. Your negotiating skills with the other brokers were obviously excellent, and your patience in showing us the many potential new homes that we wanted to see was truly admirable.

Needless to say, your interior design skills, both in staging the "old" home and helping us to figure out design problems with the new one has been invaluable.
